So crystal covered iphone cases aren't a new phenomenon, but in Thailand I was super surprised how much the cover relates to your status within different sub-cultures. As the Americans like to think with their McDonalds - the bigger the better! So i visited IT city, a huge mall dedicated to everything electrical in Bangkok. Most of them knock offs or fakes, but hey! what the hell. So I purchased a cover very similar to this.....
Its as tacky as you can get, and i love it! Alas the gems are already starting to drop off, but i don't mind for two quid one cant complain. If it ends up completely bare and trashed i'll just pop it in the waste basket with my 8 pound ipod which WAS a pile of crap. Toodles.
